Jon Larsen (born 7 January 1959) is a Norwegian guitarist, composer, painter, and record producer. Founder of Hot Club De Norvege (1979-), the Django Festival (1980-), and Hot Club Records (1982-). In 2007 he received the Norwegian Jazz Forum's Buddy Award for his lifelong contribution to jazz.

Pascal De Loutchek, conductor, arranger, guitarist and singer, founder of the group Arbat, grew up in a family of Russian musicians. After his musical training at the Rachmaninov Conservatory in Paris, he enriched his musical sensibility in Brazil. He participated in numerous tours of gypsy music in Eastern Europe and in the United States, Canada, Japan and South Africa.
