Review by Scott Yanow
This
somewhat obscure Herb Ellis LP (the fifth and final one that the
guitarist led for Verve) is a relaxed affair. Joined by vibraphonist
Victor Feldman, bassist Leroy Vinnegar and drummer Ronnie Zito, Ellis
swings lightly and easily on such songs as "One Note Samba" (which had
not become a bossa nova standard yet), "Like Someone in Love," "John
Brown's Body" and Ray Brown's "Gravy Waltz."

nova), "Like Someone in Love", "John Brown's Body" y "Gravy Waltz" de
Ray Brown.
