Marking 40 years since his first appearance at PizzaExpress Live in London, the revered US saxophonist Scott Hamilton is to release a new live album, the first release on the newly formed PizzaExpress label PX Records.Having appeared at the club in Dean Street, Soho, across six different decades, Hamilton is very much part of the fabric of PizzaExpress Live and this new live album, which features Scott"s UK- based quartet of John Pearce (piano), Dave Green (bass) and Steve Brown (drums), captures a 9-track set featuring an array of classic standards including The More I See You, The Girl From Ipanema and Pure Imagination.

Cuando se cumplen 40 años de su primera aparición en el PizzaExpress Live de Londres, el venerado saxofonista estadounidense Scott Hamilton publica un nuevo álbum en directo, el primero del nuevo sello PizzaExpress Records. Tras haber actuado en el club de Dean Street, en el Soho, a lo largo de seis décadas diferentes, Hamilton forma parte del entramado de PizzaExpress Live y este nuevo álbum en directo, en el que participa el cuarteto de Scott con base en el Reino Unido, formado por John Pearce (piano), Dave Green (bajo) y Steve Brown (batería), recoge un conjunto de 9 pistas con una serie de clásicos como The More I See You, The Girl From Ipanema y Pure Imagination.
