Tabby Thomas (nacido Ernest Joseph Thomas, 5 de enero de 1929; también conocido como Rockin' Tabby Thomas) es un músico de blues de Estados Unidos, natural de Baton Rouge. Thomas canta y toca el paino y la guitarra, y se especializa en un subestilo de blues indígena del sur de Luisiana llamado swamp blues.Thomas es uno de los músicos de blues más conocidos en Baton Rouge, donde opera su propio club de blues, llamado Tabby's Blues Box and Heritage Hall, desde comienzos de la década de 1970. El más conocido de sus siete hijos que ha incursionado en el blues es Chris Thomas King.

Tabby Thomas sufrió una embolia en el 2004, que afectó su forma de tocar instrumentos pero no su voz.

Actualmente, los días sábados conduce el show de radio llamado Tabby's Blues Box de 1 a 2 p.m. en la estación de Baton Rouge WBRH-FM, que se originó en el centro de comunicaciones de la Academia Baton Rouge Magnet.

Thomas sings and plays the paino and guitar, and specializes in a Southern Louisiana Indian blues subtitle called swamp blues.Thomas is one of the best known blues musicians in Baton Rouge, where he has operated his own blues club, called Tabby's Blues Box and Heritage Hall, since the early 1970s. The best known of his seven sons to have ventured into the blues is Chris Thomas King.

Tabby Thomas suffered a stroke in 2004, which affected his playing but not his voice.

Currently, on Saturdays he hosts the radio show called Tabby's Blues Box from 1 to 2 p.m. at the Baton Rouge station WBRH-FM, which originated at the Baton Rouge Magnet Academy communications center.
