The swankiest of the releases in the Jazz Moods series, Cocktail Party combines songs from smooth characters like Benny Goodman, Johnny Mercer, and Jimmy Van Heusen with fun songs by the likes of Jimmy Durante and Fats Waller. The result is both stylish and celebratory, and great background music for whatever soirée you may be hosting.
