Born in Philadelphia and has been playing nightclubs professionally since age 12. Performed with many great artists including: Nancy Wilson, Jack Jones, Steve Lawrence, Eydie Gorme, Henry Mancini, Ann Margret, Lena Horne, Mel Torme, Pia Zadora etc. Joe also serves as an adjunct professor at UNLV, University of Nevada Las Vegas.
