Dirk K performs a unique mixture of Jazz, Flamenco and Brazilian style music. He plays a nylon string acoustic guitar. He is able to play solo or with tracks. Dirk K performs in the Las Vegas area for weddings and corporate events in hotels, restaurants such as the Bellagio, the Winn and Encore, Madalay Bay, Treasure Island, Trump Hotel, The J.W. Marriott Las Vegas resort, The M Resort, Cosmopolitan, Palazzo, Paris, Venetian, Four Seasons Resort, etc.
Country Clubs: The Red Rock Country Club, Anthem Country Club, Canyon Country Club, etc.
Dirk K performed the National Anthem for the LA Lakers at the Staples Center and he performed for Shaquille O' Neal and received the Shaq Hero for his contributions to the Shaq Hero Foundation. He performed multiple times for Raiders wide receiver Tim Braun and received a special recognition award.
He performed for Arnold Schwartzenegger Cigar Night in Santa Monica.
As a recording artist, Dirk K, originally from Germany, released 13 CD's on Sony, Bellaphon, Fuzzy Music and on his own independent label DIP Records. In addition, Dirk K released 7 CD's with band projects and produced and recorded over 30 CD's for other artists.
Dirk K performed and recorded with renowned artists such as Randy Brecker, Peter Erskine, Toots Thielemans, Dave Weckl, Brandon Fields, Alan Pasqua, Marc John- son, Terri Lyne Carrington, Gary Meek, Rick Braun, Alan Pasqua and many more. Touring the USA and Europe several times with his band featuring trumpeter Randy Brecker and saxophonist Andy Middleton and pianist Alan Pasqua. In addition he also toured with Das Ueberschall, Quartet Equinox, Joe McBride Band, appearing at Schmidteinander, a show hosted by Harald Schmidt in Germany.
In 1998 Dirk K received his Greencard for extraordinary abilities in the field of music in order to perform and reside in the USA.
