Richard "Dick" Hyman (born March 8, 1927, New York City) is an American jazz pianist/keyboardist and composer, best known for his versatility with jazz piano styles. Over a 50-year career, he has functioned as a pianist, organist, arranger, music director, and, increasingly, as a composer. His versatility in all of these areas has resulted in well over 100 albums recorded under his own name and many more in support of other artists.

A lo largo de 50 años de carrera, se ha desempeñado como pianista, organista, arreglista, director musical y, cada vez más, como compositor.   1. The first eight cuts of this 2015 release are taken directly from the 1954 LP "The Dick Hyman Trio Swings", the same order, and don't seem to be remastered at all. They sound identical to the original. The last three cuts are taken randomly from records Hyman made in the '90s. Why do people bother to reissue collectible material and then waste it by passing it off as new, with a ridiculously irrelevant cover that says "Please don't buy me"?
