American producer, guitarist and dobro player born in Shreveport, Louisiana, USA, on 10th August 1940. Often associated with Shelby S Singleton Jr.
Often incorrectly credited for co-writing Elvis Presley's song "Way Down" actually written by Layng Martine Jr. in 1977. He co-wrote a song by the same name with Leon Martin in 1963.
