Wayne Boyd • New Orleans Sessions

 

Guitarrista nacido en Greenville, NC, pero vivió en New Haven casi toda su vida.
Después de que McGriff lo viera en un club, Boyd se unió a la banda del organista, realizó giras y tocó en discos de estudio con él durante más de 25 años.
Fue un gran guitarrista de blues y jazz de bajo perfil.
Falleció en diciembre de 2004.
