I just finished reading this book and found it interesting, specially towards the end when the author goes on describing specific cuts and albums and why they are worth listening to. He mentions how technical advances in recording allowed something as well known as "And Your Bird Can Sing" by the Beatles to double track Lennon's voice to create the choruses. Thank you for this and all of your posts.
