Legendary but seriously under-recorded trumpeter Tony Fruscella's private recordings are now made available by Japanese label Marshmallow Records! These never-before-released sessions were recorded in 1952 and feature Gene DiNovi (piano), Hal McKusick (alto sax), Red Mitchell (bass) and others.
The sound quality of these private recordings are not very good, but this CD will delight serious collectors and fans of Tony Fruscella.
