Nuevamente nuestro amigo Paulo nos brinda un gran recopilatorio, en este caso jazz para un clima íntimo o de relax luego de un día intenso, acompañado por una copa de vino, un martini o lo que fuere. Nota de Paulo:

Antes de descargar este archivo es importante saber cómo se hizo. No tomé las canciones que más me gustaban y las puse en un set. Si es así, habría una gran diferencia de volumen y ecualización entre ellos.

Todas las pistas se pasaron por un editor de sonido. Cuando la pista proviene de un vinilo, trato de eliminar todos los pops y clics tanto como puedo. Si la pista es mono, pongo ecos de 5-6 milisegundos para que el sonido sea más suave. Mi editor de sonido tiene un simulador estéreo que utilicé en la mayoría de las pistas mono.

Cuando la pista es estéreo, en la mayoría de las canciones transfiero del 30 al 40% de los solos de un canal a otro para aumentar la presión del sonido y aumento el volumen de algunas partes con un volumen más bajo. Después de eso, uso un ecualizador para mejorar los graves y los agudos, cuando es necesario.

Y por último ajusto el volumen para que se quede en torno a -3dB con los picos limitados al 70%. En promedio, cada pista se trabaja en 15 a 20 minutos u horas cuando la pista tiene muchos pops y clics.

Es una experiencia diferente, espero que os guste.

Note by Paulo :

Before downloading this file it is important to know how it was done. I didn't take the songs I liked the most and put them in a set. If so, there would be a big difference in volume and equalization between them.

All tracks were passed through a sound editor. When the track came from a vinyl I try to eliminate all the pops and clicks as much as I can. If the track is mono I put 5-6 millisecond echoes to make the sound softer. My sound editor has a stereo simulator which I used on most mono tracks.

When the track is stereo, on most songs I transfer 30 to 40% of the solos from one channel to another in order to increase the sound pressure and I increase the volume of some parts with lower volume. After that I use an equalizer to enhance the bass and treble, when needed.

And finally I adjust the volume so that it stays around -3dB with the peaks limited to 70%. On average each track is worked on in 15-20 minutes or hours when the track has a lot of pops and clicks.

It's a different experience and I hope you like it.
